The Board of Directors at the December 19th, 2023, Board Meeting approved a 5% increase to the water/sewer rates.
Invoices are billed on the 1st of each month and due by the 10th of the same month. Once that bill goes past the 10th of the following month, it is considered delinquent.
Due to the increasing number of delinquent accounts, statements will continue to have the date shown that is scheduled for late charge assessment and shut off/termination date.
Late fees on accounts over 30 days delinquent will be raised to $25.00.
If payment is NOT made by 5:00 PM the day BEFORE shut-off/termination date, a $75.00 reconnect fee will be accessed, and service will be disconnected on the date of termination until account is paid in full.
