Due to increasing O&M costs with the current inflation, the District is reviewing the budget for 2024, and late charges may increase from $10.00 to $25.00 per month on accounts over 30 days delinquent, with reconnect fees increasing from $50.00 to $75.00. effective 1/1/2024.

Also, the District is reviewing Ordinances to change from a "construction lien" to a "tax lien" on all accounts not paid in the prior year, which totals will be added to the county property tax bills.
